
“This course examines the scope of NFPA 25 ‘Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (IT&M)’,” explains Bless. “Basic definitions will be reviewed, as well as the IT&M responsibilities of building owners, AHJ’s and contractors/inspectors for these systems.”
During the presentation, Bless will focus on inspection frequency requirements including examples of enforcement variations by state. He will also discuss tagging requirements including the use of color-coded tags in certain jurisdictions.
