Telgian provides fire alarm system inspection, testing and repair based on manufacturer and jurisdictional requirements across all sectors of the market and in buildings of every size, shape and type.
Our fire alarm inspection technicians inspect and test all types of proprietary and non-proprietary fire alarm systems. In fact, we inspect more than 50,000 locations annually throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Telgian will perform all required fire alarm system inspections to ensure they operate properly per NFPA 72, manufacturers requirements, industry standards and local jurisdictional requirements. Our services include testing and inspection of the fire alarm control unit to confirm the adequacy of power supplies and battery backup, testing and inspection of all initiating and notification devices, and confirmation of communication to the fire alarm control unit as well as signals to your Alarm System Monitoring service company. Fire sprinkler system components such as tamper switches, water flow indicators and all signals related to fire pump systems are also included.
Telgian’s network of more than 1,200 partner subcontractors is available around the clock with 24/7/365 emergency service, wherever your facility is located.
Telgian’s inspectors are located across the USA and Canada and are constantly participating in training programs both live and on line. Face to face training sessions are conducted twice a year and, as a result, our people are exposed to a minimum of 40 contact hours annually in training led by NFPA senior instructors. We take this investment in our technicians seriously and prepare them to provide best-in-class services to our customers. Telgian employs Certified Fire Protection Specialists (CFPS) and most of Telgian’s inspectors are NICET Certified.
