As annual sponsors of the Home Depot Foundation Building Services & Operations and In-Store Environment Foundation Event, Telgian associates are making a real difference in the lives of those who have bravely served our country. This year, Telgian associates were among the 400 volunteers who came together to transform a US Vets Inc. facility in Arizona.
US Vets Inc. is the nation’s largest nonprofit service provider for veterans facing challenges in their transition to civilian life. Their mission is the successful transition of military veterans and their families through the provision of housing, counseling, career development, and comprehensive support.
The range of services provided by US Vets Inc. includes everything from housing and employment assistance, to access to veterans benefits, as well as treatment for mental and physical health problems. In addition to the site revamped by the Home Depot Foundation Building Services & Operations and In-Store Environment Foundation, the organization offers our vets 20 residential sites and nine service centers across the nation and in Guam.
