Telgian’s Phoenix headquarters recently hosted and assisted in teaching the “Fire Detection and Suppressions Systems” class for the Arizona Fire School Weekend. This was a large multi-day event, held in multiple locations across the state.
As part of Telgian’s ongoing commitment to the fire marshals and inspectors of Arizona, Telgian Fire Safety’s Vice President of Compliance and Training, Tom Parrish, SET, CFPS, PSP, provided support and helped train first responders from around state. This complimentary instruction included hands-on fire protection systems activities utilizing our state-of-the-art training center, as well as classroom hours.
The Arizona Fire School is organized through a combination of volunteer efforts and commitment of the Arizona State Fire Training Committee (ASFTC). Since 1973, the event has served as an important opportunity to improve the safety of Arizona’s firefighters by offering high quality instruction from the most respected industry leaders.
