
Reiter brings more than 30 years of security experience to the committee. At Telgian, Reiter leads delivery of security consulting services to customers in areas that include regulatory compliance, risk methodologies, policy development and mitigation/countermeasure development. Reiter has extensive experience in all aspects of security/risk/crisis management operations, including: strategic planning, program development and management, capital project design and installation, regulatory requirements and compliance, risk vulnerability analysis with effective countermeasures, staff selection and development, contract negotiations, investigations, training, and workplace violence programs.

Reiter’s extensive professional licensures and certifications include: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Protection Specialist (CPS), Certified Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CAS), Certified in Homeland Security (CHS—Level IV), Certified Security Supervisor (CSS), Certified Protection Officer—Instructor (CPO-I), and Certified Protection Officer (CPO). He is a distinguished graduate of the Military Police Academy, College of Police Science, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
