It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our Chief Financial Officer, Brian Ballard, who was more than a trusted colleague—he was a dear friend and a cherished part of the Telgian family for the past 17 years.
Brian played in an integral role in shaping our strategic vision and guiding us through both challenges and successes with unwavering dedication. His expertise in driving profitability, streamlining operations, and navigating increasingly complex financial environments influenced the course of our company’s success.
In addition to a keen intellect, Brian had a wonderful sense of humor. His wit brought lightness to even the most serious meetings and reminded us of the power of perspective and humility. It was one of the many qualities that made him so respected and loved by everyone who worked with him.
Brian served his country with great pride and honor in the U.S. Army as a member of the 82nd Airborne Division, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment. The courage, commitment, and strength of character he carried from his military service echoed throughout every aspect of his life and leadership.
We extend our deepest condolences to Brian’s family and loved ones. As we grieve this tremendous loss, we remain grateful for the time we had with him. Brian leaves behind a lasting legacy—not just in the impact he had on our business, but in the relationships he built, the lives he touched, and the laughter he shared. We’ll miss him deeply.
