Telgian Engineering & Consulting, LLC fire protection expert Tracey Bellamy, PE, CFPS, CWBSP will present the Fire Smarts Partnering with Stakeholders for Better Fire Protection webinar on March 9, 2023, 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm Eastern. The online training event will explore the benefits of appropriate partnering with the various stakeholders of a facility to achieve better fire protection. The presentation will also identify each of these stakeholders and how their involvement can play a critical role as part of the overall protection and risk management strategy for a facility.
Bellamy’s discussion will include initial planning and development of the project, construction, ongoing maintenance, day to day operations as well as the emergency fire ground operations in the event of a fire. At the conclusion of the event, attendees will be able to understand the roles of the various stakeholders and how they can impact the overall fire protection for the facility, as well as the various stages of a facility life cycle and the need for both initial and ongoing partnering with the stakeholders at each stage. In addition, participants will be able to explain key aspects of partnering with stakeholders to improve fire protection.
About Tracey Bellamy, PE, CFPS, CWBSP
Tracey Bellamy has more than 30 years of experience in the fire protection community including all areas of the fire sprinkler industry. He has extensive experience with fire suppression system design, fire hazard analysis and fire protection system inspection and testing. Tracey is licensed as a Professional Engineer in 49 U.S. states, District of Columbia and Guam and a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS). He also serves on several NFPA technical and correlating committees including NFPA 1, 11 13, 15, 16, 25, 30, 30B, 101 and 5000 (building code) and is a member of ASCE, NFPA, and SFPE.
