Account Manager Leigh Ann Boucher recently celebrated a 15-year milestone at Telgian Fire Safety. Her many outstanding contributions to the growth and success of the fire protection, life safety and security firm were recognized during a special recognition dinner.
“Leigh Ann has contributed to the success of Telgian in each of the roles she has held,” says Telgian Executive Chairman Russ Leavitt. “She exemplifies our company values and is highly respected by all of her teammates for her professionalism, along with her get-it-done attitude.”
As an Account Manager, Leigh Ann manages some of the company’s highest profile, high-volume clients. These include some of the most recognizable names in retail.
“She maintains a high level of professionalism yet provides our clients with a very personal level of service. Her customers have a high opinion of her, and they are always confident that she is effectively managing their fire protection needs,” says Senior Director of Operations Cory Hamilton. “In addition, her peers look to her as a valuable source of knowledge for fire protection, internal processes, and Telgian history.”
Telgian is fortunate to have Leigh Ann on the team and we look forward to many more successful years together.
