Telgian Engineering & Consulting recently announced the promotion of Laura Baer from Project Assistant to Construction Project Manager. Baer will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions to project construction issues and coordinating and managing onsite construction, as well as managing the work of both team members and outside contractors.

Baer brings over seven years of project and personnel management experience to the position, including tracking project databases, issues, and progress, as well as project coordination with field service teams and contractors from job site visits through project closeout.

Baer attended Delaware Technical and Community College in Stanton, Delaware.
