Telgian Fire Safety Announces Key Leadership Promotions

Telgian Fire Safety (TFS) is pleased to announce the promotion of three team members to key leadership roles. These advancements reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and its continued investment in leadership development.

 

 

 

 

 


Jeff Schaid
(pictured left) has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Formerly Vice President of Field Operations, Schaid will now assume strategic and operational leadership for all TFS business functions nationwide. In this role, he will manage multiple work teams across the country, providing direction, mentorship, and goal-setting, while ensuring performance alignment through essential team training and development.

Alex Milbourne (pictured center), previously Accounting Director, has been promoted to Vice President of Finance. With a proven track record in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, Milbourne will now oversee and prepare operating budgets, manage financial reporting, and perform essential financial duties related to operations and payroll.

Dave Gaskill (pictured right) has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales from his former role as Strategic Account Executive. In this expanded role, Gaskill will align sales objectives with broader business strategies through planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic development. He will also lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, improve customer experience, and ensure the successful onboarding of new accounts in collaboration with operations and account teams.
