As Vice President of Inspection Operations, Stephanie Hovey is responsible for facilitating inspection, testing, and maintenance of critical fire and life safety systems. These maintenance services ensure the integrity of fire protection systems that safeguard lives and property. Hovey is singularly focused on ensuring that our customer’s fire protection envelope is prepared to perform as designed when called on.

Hovey joined Telgian in 2023 as a Senior Manager of Client and Vendor Operations. In her role, she manages the operations of several key departments, including Inbound Customer Service, Dispatch, Partner Account Specialist, and Procurement. With over 15 years of experience in customer experience, operations management, and facilitation, Hovey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her exceptional skillset, which includes the development of processes and procedures, has enabled her to drive transformative results and lead with a results-driven approach.
