Josh Elder serves as the Senior Director of Partner Management at Telgian Fire Safety, where he leads the company’s nationwide Vendor Program with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and scalable service delivery. With more than 30 years of experience in the fire and life safety industry, Elder brings a deep understanding of field operations, business development, and partner relations to his leadership role.

Elder is responsible for expanding and managing Telgian’s national network of vendor partners, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service performance. His ability to cultivate high-performing, results-driven vendor relationships has contributed to increased profitability and operational consistency across the organization.

Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for negotiating complex service agreements and delivering innovative solutions that align with both field execution and enterprise goals. He holds multiple state contractor licenses, is NICET certified, and is an active member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
