Jeff Schaid joined Telgian in 2016 as a Logistics Analyst. Today, he is the company’s Vice President, Operations, responsible for the overall leadership, direction and development of Operations nationwide.

His expertise includes the creation and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives for both internal and external operations, as well as data analysis and headcount evaluation. In addition, he provides vital oversight of Field Support, logistics systems, compliance, vendor, and account mgmt. related operations.

Schaid is instrumental in the establishment of business objectives and the development and maintenance of both departmental metrics and associated KPIs. He specializes in streamlining workflows, identifying areas for improvement and developing initiatives for improving delivery of services.

Managing multiple work teams across the country, he also provides direction, mentorship, and to his departmental associates, setting both individual and work team goals and providing essential team training.
