We at Telgian are acutely aware of the importance of our work to the health and safety of public in locations that we service.    Even in a time of unprecedented but necessary actions on the part of government at all levels to effectuate social distancing to slow the spread of COVID-19, Telgian is aware that the services we provide are necessary for the safe design and operation of our client sites.  However, we are also cognizant of the responsibility that we have to our employees and their families in the current environment.  Therefore, we are actively monitoring and assessing the risks to our personnel in the performance of their duties at both our client sites and in our offices.  We will proactively update our clients as the situation develops should any of our operations be limited due to changes to the threat environment.

Testing and Inspection Services

At the present time, Telgian will continue to provide its testing and inspection services normally in most locations.  However, if, in our judgment, such operations unnecessarily endanger the health of our employees we may curtail operations in certain locations.  Such curtailments may consist of:

  1. Performing only those services that are possible without exposures to large concentrations of citizens in areas that have been highlighted as “hot spots” by the CDC;
  2. Performing operations only during hours where such concentrations are not present; or
  3. Deferring inspections on certain locations if neither of the above options are possible.

Engineering Services

Our engineering, design and consulting services are not impacted by restrictions at the present time.  Our associates are capable of performing all of our services either in an office environment or remotely if required.  Our business is centered on the reduction and management of risk, including our own services, and as such we offer our services from multiple locations to avoid impact to clients.
