Mr. Gerard is the Vice President of TEC’s West Coast offices, and he is based out of the Phoenix office. He has 18 years of experience in fire protection and life safety. He specializes in fire code consulting, hazardous materials analyses, water-based fire suppression, fire alarms, and performance based solutions.
