Did you know that 1 in 26 people will develop epilepsy during their lifetime? Since 1969, the Epilepsy Foundation has recognized November as National Epilepsy Awareness Month (NEAM). So, this week, the Telgian Fire Safety’s Phoenix office held a “Wear Purple Day” in support of NEAM.

The Epilepsy Foundation connects the people, data and resources needed to address challenging health problems associated with seizures and the epilepsies. The organization also promotes education, policy, research and systemic change that will foster measurable and sustainable improvement for all people living with epilepsy.
