As the former the security director of the Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Freidenfelds undertook a multiyear project to completely revamp how the hospital approached visitor management.
“A robust and well thought out visitor management program is essential and should be included in every hospital,” says Freidenfelds. “This is an effective security tool for the healthcare sector, where security professionals must manage a wide range of situations.”
Now a Senior Project Manager for fire protection, life safety, and security industry leader Telgian Engineering & Consulting, Freidenfelds is responsible for the project management of complex projects, focusing on emergency management and security within the healthcare sector.
