Fire Smarts, in conjunction with The Washington State Fire Marshal’s Office, will provide a 2-day, live NFPA 25 Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems NICET Test Preparation course featuring Telgian’s Vice President Tom Parrish. The training will be held at the Everett Fire Department in Everett, Washington on February 11-12, 2020.

This 16-hour NICET Test Preparation course helps attendees thoroughly prepare for the successful completion of the NICET examination for certification through Level II. This seminar will focus on the understanding and use of NFPA 25 Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems. In addition, basic inspector procedures and safety requirements will be reviewed. The seminar also utilizes timed practice quizzes, in order to give hands-on experience using NFPA 25 under simulated exam conditions.

This course will be presented in a directing style of teaching. In addition, group discussion will be encouraged in order to facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of material presented.

Each participant registered, completing the sign-in sheet and attending the full training session will receive a Certificate of Completion. These certificates can be used as supporting documentation for CPD points required for NICET certification.
