Telgian Management Technologies (TMT), a leading supplier of software solutions that enhance chemical industry adherence to compliance regulation requirements, will officially launch a new module for its Telgian Compliance Manager at the 2019 Responsible Care & Sustainability Conference & EXPO, April 14 -17, 2019. The module, which was released earlier this month, addresses the US Department of Homeland Security’s Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), a regulatory program focused specifically on security at high-risk chemical facilities.
The Responsible Care & Sustainability Conference & EXPO will provide attendees and exhibitors with the opportunity to work directly with the new software which provides consistent, effective, efficient and secure data management for chemical facilities in real-time. The software allows users such as chief security officers, site managers, facilities managers, CEOs and other qualified individuals to effectively manage all of their security protocols in one place and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and nationally recognized codes and standards, including DHS’s Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) and the American Chemistry Council’s Responsible Care Security Code (RCSC).
In addition to the Telgian Management Technologies’ new Telgian Compliance Manager CFATS module, The Responsible Care & Sustainability Conference & EXPO includes a variety of leading chemical industry suppliers. A broad spectrum of chemical industry professionals will also provide timely industry updates and insightful dialogue on developments in the EHS&S community.

- Driving a More Circular Economy through Responsible Care: This session will provide an overview of ACC’s engagement and advocacy related to the circular economy and will feature case studies of how companies leverage Responsible Care and sustainability programs that contribute to enhancing circularity.
- Sustainability Metrics: During this session, ACC staff and member company representatives will provide an overview of the metrics work, discuss future actions, and share tools and resources available to companies.
