Not to be Confused with Services.

At Telgian, we have a long list of practical services, but these do not speak to our approach and our culture of solving problems. Any of our service offerings can be obtained by other service providers, but as a company we work to create Total Solutions for our customers, based on their real needs and feedback.

Take Compliance Testing, for example. Any number of Fire Protection companies can perform Compliance Testing and Inspections. But time after time, we found our customers and prospective customers wanted a more complete solution to the overall process of Inspections.

Inspections result in repairs, and repairs result in unexpected expense. Certainly, repair-related expenditures can be predicted by trending over time, but the real question hanging in the balance was the customer's need to know whether or not repairs emanating from inspections were reasonable and necessary. Fire protection is a sensitive area in all businesses, and Fire Marshals are very powerful authorities and rightly so. That being said, repairs are almost always attended to, whenever possible, and more often than not should be, without question.

Solution. By self performing objective inspections, and providing customer-centric repair assessment and estimations, the customer benefits immediately by having succinct, well prioritized, and thorough work scopes that can be assigned to contractors for timely completion. The inherent scope controls and oversight resulted in savings averaging from 15 - 25% on maintenance expense.
