Telgian is the only company in the Fire and Life Safety industry that provides a comprehensive service package. Since our primary mission is to act as an advocate for our customers, we self-perform those functions that are required in the management, inspection, consulting, engineering or design of our customers' services. This provides our customers with the assurance that their fire and life safety concerns are being managed by a firm that has a passion for making their interests the first priority.
In order to offer the world-class services to Telgian’s vast array of customers, we have developed partnerships throughout the Fire and Life Safety industry in various segments of our service businesses. Potential vendor-partners go through a rigorous vetting process before they can be considered a Telgian partner. This ensures our customers receive only the highest level of service.
Managed Construction: In order for Telgian to offer our construction services on a global basis, we subcontract installation labor to our partners to ensure our customers receive the most cost effective installation.
Service and Repair: In order to perform as a true customer advocate, Telgian has focused our compliance-based inspection services of fire protection systems on the inspection piece only. This ensures that the conflict of interest that potentially exists with the bundling of inspections and repairs is eliminated. Telgian does offer, through an extensive network of partners, a service and repair component to our testing and inspection service.
Loss Control Services: Telgian partners with world class firms to offer services that are complimentary to the loss control surveys we provide. This includes boiler and machinery jurisdictional inspections, infrared thermography, and other non-destructive testing services. |
