Innovation

Always Required

Having a vast array of both customers and property to protect and manage provides Telgian with excellent opportunities to innovate and experiment with process, systems and technologies. This is vital and inherent to the tasks we perform, and the level of commitment we have to exceeding customer expectations. With years of experience and world class customers whose needs evolve and change quickly, we have a large knowledge base of practical and useful applications, service enhancements and process improvements which can benefit our customers and improve the effectiveness of our operations.

Telgian has moved aggressively to catalog the Intellectual Property and higher order Operational Competencies into an array of products and applications which will add value.

In the last two years, Telgian has designed, developed and released one major application serving the information management needs of our Risk Solution customers. That product, "TotalVision" is already in its next generation development stage, with input from our customers, and will released in the near future.

Another application in the Quality Assurance phase leverages years of experience and subject matter expertise derived and developed by our testing and inspections associates and management team. "TSE" (Telgian Survey Engine) will be released soon and will become one of the more formidable tools used in the industry for gathering and managing very detailed information about facilities, protection systems and other physical property. "TSE" will interface with "TotalVision" data, and will deliver pertinent information to Telgian and our customers. It will also allow much more objective and accurate prioritization of repair and maintenance items discovered during testing and inspection, and in turn, increase Telgian's already superior ability to perform high quality inspections work and control costs and quality in the repair process.

More applications are being developed, as well as some very innovative add-on services that will be of great value to our customers. For now, we simply want our customers to know that innovation will not stop or slow down with our growth. In fact, much of the rationale behind the Telgian centralization was designed to take advantage of our vast Intellectual Property resources and turn them into useful tools for our customers.
