Adoption of Governance

An important responsibility and desired result of the creation of the Telgian holding entity, the Board of Directors wants to ensure that the values, vision, spirit and ethics that have brought the Telgian companies their continuing success will continue on and evolve. Before the end of the fourth calendar quarter of 2007, the Telgian Board of Directors will define and adopt specific corporate governance which will help formalize these concepts and guidelines.
