Our team has provided testimonial and subject matter expertise on personal injury/liability, construction defects, product litigation, expert cause and origin cases. We have conducted full scale fire test at national test labs, such as Underwriters Lab, to prove cause in actual cases.

They have authored chapters in the National Building and Fire Codes used today, numerous articles in trade magazines and industry journals, conducted seminars throughout the United States and internationally and serve as instructors for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the National Fire Academy and leading colleges and universities.
Code Committees
Our experts are serving or have served as chairman and members on major NFPA and International Code Council (ICC) committees including NFPA 13 Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, NFPA 25 Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Systems, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, ICC Fire and Building Codes, NFPA 5000 Building Code, and the Uniform Fire Code. We have also served on code and fire protection committees at all three levels of government - Local, State and Federal.
