Application Developer II (Phoenix, AZ): Working with IIS and Windows 2003/Server, ASP.NET, WINFORM; Developing applications with Visual Studio.NET: designed for scalability, security, maintainability and optimal performance; Developing applications with SQL Server Database Modeling and TSQL Programming: designed for scalability, security, maintainability and optimal performance; Developing SQL Server Architecture; Technical writing: writing database scripts and stored procedures; Will be involved in full software life cycle process, using knowledge of network protocols used for distributed application architecture; Will work closely with customers through the full product development life cycle; Will communicate with customers and other team members – both in a small interactive team environments as well as independently; Must delegate and oversee offshore application development, and perform code reviews to ensure performance standards are met; and integrate offshore work cycles and habits into company projects.
