Telgian without compromise through it's two operating companies, TVA Fire and Life Safety and Fire Materials Group, LLC offer the most complete solution to the world's leading firms.  Any need or service offering as demanded by these firms can be met by Telgian Companies.

TVA Fire and Life Safety and Fire Materials Group, LLC shared common ownership and Telgian was formed because the two companies could benefit greatly by centralizing governance, corporate services, information technology and leadership.

Since TVA's founding in 1985, the companies had enjoyed significant and sustained growth by providing critical Fire Protection and Life Safety services to significant growth companies in the United States.

With the foundation work accomplished, the work of transitioning, reorganization, building infrastructure and consolidating is coming to a conclusion and Telgian is on its way. For our customers this means more service offerings and centralized account management.  For our associates, it means we have a place to continue our growth, development and achievement of excellence. We have delivered the first of three planned versions of a Loss Control reporting and information management system, and will be launching a proprietary data collection system which will rival anything currently in the marketplace.

Telgian is also focusing on the recruiting and development of key leaders for the organization. Division leaders have been afforded a second tier of experienced and talented executives to manage very aggressive operational and organizational development initiatives. In July 2007, all Division leadership began a process of learning and adopting "Scrum" as the organization's preferred tool for project management and agile product development and a generally simplified process to manage and successfully execute change, and to accelerate development in all areas of the business.
