Our over 30 team members consist of engineers, attorneys and other professionals from the fire service (local and state offices), building departments, insurance and loss control, engineering and design, construction and law.
OUR MISSION:
To provide absolute integrity and unequaled advocacy between plaintiffs or defendants without discrimination.
Experience:
The team has extensive deposition and trial experience that includes some of the highest profile cases in the industry. They are nationally recognized experts in the Fire Protection and Construction industries. They have authored numerous article in trade magazines and industry journals, conducted seminars throughout the United States and internationally, serve as instructors for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the National Fire Academy, and for leading colleges and universities.
Code Committee Involvement:
Our experts are serving or have served as chairman and members on major NFPA and International Code Council (ICC) code committees including NFPA 13 Standard for the Installation of Sprinkler Systems, NFPA 25 Standard for the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Systems, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and NFPA 5000 Building Code, and the Uniform Fire Code.
In addition, members of the team have served on code and fire protection committees at all three levels of government - Local, State and Federal.
